A: Yes, the annual service fee is lower for users who buyout the PD monitoring devices.
Q: Is there a minimum contract duration?

Q: What if WAN is prohibited due to company policy, can I still use PDCare service?
A: Yes, there are two ways of using PDCare without WAN: 1. Export PD data and send it to PDCare service team through email. 2. Apply for on-site analysis service, and our engineer will perform an on-site signal interpretation and analysis periodically.
